Saliya worked for many years in luxury hotels and collected his fine dining knowledge there. During his job as a wine waiter he realized his extraordinary sensoric skills.
In his spare time Saliya is a passionate Ayurveda cook and enjoys to develop inspiring meals with an asian influence. He published his first cook book with more than 70 recipes in 2016 and created his own teas and spices which are available online. He is actually concentrating on his next cook book with the focus on recipes he collected while travelling through Europe and Asia.
Saliya shares his way of cooking in his Saliveda cooking classes in Hamburg and on cruise ships.
