Saliya worked for many years in luxury hotels and collected his fine dining knowledge there. During his job as a wine waiter he realized his extraordinary sensoric skills.
In his spare time Saliya is a passionate cook and enjoys to develop inspiring meals with an asian influence. He published his first cook book with more than 70 recipes in 2016 and created his own teas and spices which are available online soon.
In his second cook published 2018 he collected tasty recipes while travelling through Europe.
Saliya shares his way of cooking in his cooking classes in Hamburg and on cruise ships.
